This reel is very smooth and casts great with my 10lb line. Very good quality, now just need to catch some fish with it.

Very enjoyable to use for the price. Build seems solid. Smooth action, very little play in the mechanism. You can spend a whole lot more for a reel that's a little better.

Got out last night with this beauty for the first time. I caught six Bass from the golf course pond. No trophy fish, but those little ones put up a good fight. The reel performed amazingly well! It is quiet and smooth, both casting and retrieving. I bought this as a reel for guests to use when they visit, but I think the guests might be using my old reel instead. I’ve used Plusinno lures and now one of their reels. Both have been great! I’m going to try one of their telescoping rods next.

This reel is great! The quality is very good. I fish both saltwater and freshwater, and was surprised to see the capacity of the reel. It has a 265 yd capacity with 6lbs, and 145 yds with 10lb. Fishing saltwater I cant even cast a 2oz spoon that far. The gear ration is 5.7:1 which is really nice and smooth. I upgraded from a 4:1 ratio and it feels way better reeling. The drag seemed strong and with 45lb braid it defeated my grip strength.

TL;DR: High quality, good capacity, nice ratio, strong drag.
